Appreciation
I will live each day understanding that I do not live alone. Each person around me performs a function that is integral to my daily activities and I am thankful for their contribution.

Every action I take I must be willing to own and will be treated as the one everyone will remember me by. There are no excuses for ever doing anything that is not for the betterment of all concerned. I will not consent to any action I do not intend to keep. I trust that my peers are acting in good faith in a dedicated and responsible manner towards me, their peers, and the client. I live each day looking for a way to increase my knowledge or educate others. Education empowers people to do a better job that benefits all parties involved.

I value the opinion and knowledge of my peers. Each person around me has positive characteristics that I can learn from.

Character is defined by my actions and words. My daily actions portray a common theme that defines the person I want to be. My predictability results in a stable work environment.

Communication
Communication is the cornerstone of a civilized society. I work at communicating my thoughts and desires to all concerned. I will listen attentively and communicate to eliminate assumptions and unclear direction. We all work better pulling in one direction as a team, not separate directions as a disparate group.
