Interior Savings Credit Union

Preventive Maintenance Service agreements with Interior Savings have been in place since 1994. Basic coverage is provided for gas furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, controls, heat pumps, roof top units, cooling towers, and refrigeration units are serviced on a pre-scheduled basis. A recent renovation converted the aging pneumatic controls in the main branch to DDC. Increased occupant comfort and energy savings as well as remote diagnostics were the result.

Valley First Credit Union

As Valley First continues to grow, the infrastructure must grow to accommodate. A recent renovation to the main branch in Pentiction resulted in repurposing some floor space. At this time the existing aging control system was examined and it was determined that replacement with a system that was current and locally represented would be advantageous. A Delta DDC system was retrofitted to a VAV/reheat system. A phased installation went smoothly, with the systems co-existing for a period of time. The new DDC system is accessible, (along with the other branches) via a secure internal LAN. A graphical interface was provided for ease of use
