Manteo Resort

Manteo Resort is a 78 unit, premium hotel on the waterfront of Lake Okanagan. A water source heatpump system provides individual heating and cooling to the suites. As each room is a separate zone, optimum occupant comfort can be provided with the least energy requirement. A Delta DDC system was installed to further minimize unneeded run time and to limit the extreme setpoint changes that occupants normally make.
