Kimco Controls has been installing DDC integrated lighting controls since the beginning as a Delta Dealer Partner. Lighting control is a key component in energy efficiency and cost reduction and many methods can be employed to realize substantial savings over time. Current lighting control is directed at providing lighting on actual demand rather than pre-determined scheduling.

Kimco can supply Delta lighting controllers that are direct replacement for most popular brands and are BACnet enabled for ease of installation.
