Yesterday, August 12, 2025, we had the pleasure of marking a special milestone: Blaire’s one-year anniversary as our Automation Construction Administrator.

Over the past year, Blaire has quietly become the organizational backbone of our operations. Her meticulous attention to detail ensures nothing slips through the cracks, her proactive coordination keeps projects running smoothly, and her unwavering work ethic sets a tone of excellence that reverberates across every team she supports.

Though much of Blaire’s work happens off the radar, its impact is always evident—from precise project timelines and aligned communications to seamless transitions between project phases. Her professionalism, commitment, and consistent performance have made her an indispensable part of our Kimco family.
