This staple of the Cranbrook community was overdue for a mechanical facelift when Kimco Controls was tapped to upgrade the theatre’s HVAC system for better temperature regulation, energy efficiency, and occupant comfort.

Avery Family Farms, Okanagan Falls
Kimco’s largest heat pump project to date is the new 50,000-square-foot Avery Family Farms facility in Okanagan Falls, which uses VRF heat pump technology to produce up to 216 tons of heating and cooling available for the innovative vertical lettuce farm.

Kelowna International Airport, Kelowna, BC
Kimco Controls has provided 24-hour HVAC services to Kelowna International Airport for 30 years—although the first flight took off from Ellison Field in 1947! The decades-long successful HVAC relationship led to providing water treatment services for the airport five years ago, resulting in equipment efficiency, longevity, and reduced operational costs.

The Maple Springs Bible Camp’s new staff housing building allows staff to serve the camp year-round for generations to come.

Kamloops Air Traffic Tower
Kimco retrofitted NAV Canada’s Kamloops building with HVAC and automation upgrades. The Air Traffic Tower maintains and enhances an air navigation service dedicated to the safe movement of air traffic throughout the country.

Mar Jok Elementary
Kimco prioritized safe, efficient technology for this school’s building systems. Built to meet Gold LEED Green Building Standards, Mar Jok Elementary was built ahead of schedule despite tight deadlines. This 42,500 square foot facility can house up to 460 students from kindergarten to grade six, and includes a full-size gymnasium.
