TJ Spotlight: Celebrating a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic Apprentice

That’s why we take pride in celebrating every achievement, big or small, because each milestone is another building block toward a successful career. Supporting apprentices as they develop their skills is an important part of who we are, and today we’re proud to celebrate one of our own.

Congratulations to Taylor Deodato (TJ), who recently completed his Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic certification with an impressive 92% grade. His hard work, dedication, and commitment to learning reflect the effort he has put into growing his career in the trades. In recognition of this achievement, the ICBA awarded TJ a $50 Home Depot gift card. Kimco is also proud to support our apprentices by offering a $200 bursary toward their education, helping them continue building the knowledge and skills that will serve them throughout their careers.
