Graphics Designer BMS Systems

Salary

$35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Primary Role:

• Primary role is to work with project managers, designers, programmers, engineers and clients to design and create a Controls Graphics Package that meets design intent or exceeds design intent to meet Kimco standards.
• Review architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings to accurately reflect the exterior and interior of a building, including associated BMS systems.
• Design and implement accurate HTML 5 Graphics. Physically check each click.
• Responsible to organize and template graphic files and maintain and accurate list of each site.
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure, with careful attention to detail.
• Passion for graphic design and eagerness to collaborate with others.
• Continued support to project Completion.

Required Qualifications:

• 1 + years of graphics design experience.
• A degree or diploma in graphic design.
• Experience using design software.
• HTML 5 experience, is an asset.
• BMS, HVAC & Electrical Systems knowledge, is an asset.
