Our management and field technician staff have the ability and confidence to tackle any size project– new construction or building retrofits. Kimco retrofitted NAV Canada’s Kamloops building with HVAC and automation upgrades. The Air Traffic Tower maintains and enhances an air navigation service dedicated to the safe movement of air traffic throughout the country.

Mar Jok Elementary
West Kelowna, BC
Kimco prioritized safe, efficient technology for this school’s building systems. Built to meet Gold LEED Green Building Standards, Mar Jok Elementary was built ahead of schedule despite tight deadlines. This 42,500 square foot facility can house up to 460 students from kindergarten to grade six, and includes a full-size gymnasium.
