Kimco Joins SICA for Another Day on the Green

Another incredible tournament hosted by our neighbours at the Southern Interior Construction Association (SICA)!

The annual SICA Golf Tournament is an event Kimco looks forward to every year, and this year’s tournament came with a fun twist: a Vintage Golf theme. As one of the hole sponsors, we were excited to show up in style and make the most of a beautiful day at the course.

As an HVAC, automation, and electrical company that cares about the people we serve, this tournament was a great reminder of just how valuable events like these can be. It’s not only about getting out on the course and enjoying a day of golf; it’s also about bringing people together. One of the best parts was getting the chance to finally put faces to some of the names we exchange emails with throughout the year. Sometimes, simply being able to connect with someone in person can brighten your day and make those everyday working relationships feel a little more personal.

A big thank you to everyone who stopped by the Kimco tent to enjoy some good music, drinks, snacks, and delicious pork sliders with us. A huge shoutout to Memphis Blues Kelowna for helping us keep the golfers and guests well fed!

It was also a pleasure to celebrate a golfer’s birthday, with their friends rallying together for a photo with some of the fun flamingo-themed cocktails we had prepared. It was just one of the many little moments that showed how high everyone’s spirits were throughout the day.

Thank you to SICA for another fantastic tournament and to everyone who stopped by to say hello. We’re already looking forward to coming back next year, seeing some familiar faces, and making a few more memories along the way!
