Kimco Pairs Community Care with Exclusive Delta Controls Technology

Kimco Controls has been part of BC's Interior for over four decades, and we're marking that milestone alongside a milestone in our partnership with Delta Controls. Our relationship with the Canadian manufacturer dates back to 1987, and today we hold exclusive dealer status for Delta Controls' building automation technology across the Interior, the only company in the region offering it.

We recently rolled out Red5, Delta's newest platform, region wide, but for us this story has always been about more than the tech. It's about the people behind our HVAC, electrical and building automation work: longtime employees who've become part owners, apprentices we're training up, and community partners like the Boys and Girls Club of the Okanagan.
