Safety is built into everything we do. Our technicians are certified in confined spaces, elevated work platforms, first aid, and the transportation of dangerous goods. They wear full PPE, including hard hats, high-visibility vests, gloves, eye protection, face shields, and respirators. Each vehicle is stocked with first aid kits and fire extinguishers, and our crews complete site-specific orientations and safety checks before work begins.

But what they carry goes far beyond compliance.

Electricians at Kimco use universal breaker lockout systems and energizing equipment to ensure systems are handled safely and correctly. HVAC technicians rely on refrigeration scales, pumps, and specialized diagnostic tools, backed by A or B Gas Fitter certifications and training in water treatment and system flow. Hydraulic pipe benders, heavy-duty dollies, and stair-climbing equipment allow teams to move and install equipment efficiently while reducing strain and risk.
