We work with the project leads until there’s 100% satisfaction. Kimco wants long-term relationships with construction companies and industry partners, which is why we believe that the project doesn’t end when we leave the job site. We continue to follow up past the project.
Our engineering design team and certified technicians are up to date on incentive programs from BC Hydro and FortisBC applicable to energy-efficient HVAC or lighting upgrades. Our electrical technicians are all either Red Seal Journeyman Certified or currently enrolled in an electrical apprenticeship.
