Commercial work differs from residential because the equipment is larger, the systems serve many occupants at once, and downtime affects a whole building.

How often should a commercial HVAC system be serviced?

The right interval depends on the equipment, the building's use and the manufacturer's requirements for keeping warranty coverage in place.
